OUR TEAM

A team of 8 female engineers from the University of Glasgow will work with a group of 12 young women studying STEM subjects at the Malawi University of Science
and Technology. The main aim of the project is to provide outreach workshops, exhibitions and talks to
young people in Malawi, giving them the opportunity to see what a career in a STEM subject might entail
and encourage more young people into further education. During our project, we will be
collaborating on both personal and team development activities.
